Reimagining the Role of Water Filtration
Minimal-waste, by Design
Traditional water filters are too-often designed to be thrown away as an entire unit – destined to end up in landfill. IX is different. We’ve designed a truly reusable and refillable case to revolutionise the way water filters are bought and replaced.
Recycling & Regeneration
We’ve optimised every component and stage of the water filtration process. An unprecedented 98% of an IX filter can be re-used or recycled – including the resins which are infinitely rechargeable.
We have created robust processes to get used water filters, including other manufacturer’s filters, returned to us for reprocessing and to give the plastic and resin a new life as a brand new product.
For each filter we recycle, we’re planting a mangrove tree with One Tree Planted – making a difference, one filter at a time.
The mangroves are vital to tropical ecosystems and serve as nature’s coastal carbon sinks.
